Diabetes Care Delivered, LLC is a fraud! This company is using an elderly couples home address for a business office at (((redacted))), Tampa, Florida 33625. The owners of the home have no affilation or hold a business licenses to this address. The Florida corporation database at sunbiz.org states the same address for Diabetes Care Deliverd, LLC but the officers of this LLC live in Palm Beach and Broward Counties. This company is not licensed to sell medical supplies nor does the officers of the corporation have any medical background. Thomas R Walters, Norman Kravitz and Jeffrey Raymond Rinkus all list themselves at AMBR in their title. The Department of Professional Business Regulation in Tallahassee has no record of a license with any of these individuals. ABB Concise Optical that manufactures contact lenses is where Jeffrey Raymond Rinkus works as a manager out of the 5360 NW 35th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Rinkus had been accused of cyber stocking according to public records. Norman Kravitz who owns a company called Phoenix Package Logistics at 5900 NW 99th Avenue, Parkland, Florida is doing the packaging of supplies and Thomas R Walters has no other companies attached to his Davie, Florida address nor had any medical background or licensing. There is no website for this company but they are using an email address listed as kelly.jackson@ccsmed.com which is an Internet based company out of Texas called CCS Medical Corporation located in Farmers Branch, Texas. This company too is not licensed to do busiiness in the State of Florida. Beware any one doing business with this company and report them to the DPBR in Florida.
