Diagnose-me.com This wesite is a blachole for donating money. They don't give you a proper diagnosis and then tell you instead of a refund to try again spending hundreds of more dollars. They get around any government regulation by being on internet and using alot of non-U.S. citizens for doctors. If you want a true diagnosis don't go here cause they're only worried about creating profit. Go to other sites that give second opinion your more likely to have an honest one. Laupahoehoe Hawaii
I used this website for an MRI and CT analysis and two different doctors on there had 2 completely different opinions which is not unusual. But neither would offer any opinion to a large mass on the MRI and CT. When I persisted for them to make an opinion about it they refused. When I contacted the websites customer service they kept sending emails filled with skirting language and not addressing the issue. When I requested a refund they told me they don't refund money but I could have a 5% off on my next diagnosis. And encouraged me to seek another opion on there website. why would I continue sending money to somewhere in Hawaii must be nice living in that state and having people send money to live in such an expensive state.
When I tried to interact with the doctors on there that did my case they would also just avoid the inquiry and use medical terminology that an average person wouldn't know. You'll have to look it up and then it won't make sense why they didn't want to interpret the scan in the first place. If you want to give money away find a better charity then this to donate to. It's wasted money. I wasted $300 on there and they wante me to continue feeding them money. Just don't do it find a better second opinion out there on the internet more than likely ther're there. i will try another one and see. I believe there's 8 others.

Diagnose-Me.com is NOT the same site as Diagnose.me. The complainant filed a report under Diagnose-me.com, but their complaint is referring to Diagnose.me.
The complainant complains about:
- improper diagnosis
- not getting a refund
- costing hundreds of Dollars ($300)
- using non-U.S. doctors
- having an MRI and CT-scan analysed
- doctors avoiding questions
Diagnose-me.com does provide proper diagnosis and does give refunds where our service is unsatisfatcory. Our services cost nowhere near $300, ALL of our doctors are U.S. Citizens, U.S.-trained, and in the U.S. We do not claim to be MRI or CT-scan interpretation experts (Diagnose.me does - see their home page). Our doctors have answered EVERY question asked of them in the past 13 years.
