First off, Diagnostic MRI Central was out of network with Blue Cross Blue Shield BUT when billed insurance company, used a different facility TAX ID so they can get paid IN network.

Also, when patients paid at time of service, after the insurance processes, if there is a refund owed to patient, this facility NEVER informed the patient. There are thousands of refunds that are suppose to be paid back to the patients but are still lingering, some even from 2004.

If people called and asked for a statement, sometimes the refund amount would be adjusted to look like it had a $0 account balance when really this facility owed money back to the patient.

The Corporate Managers in Denver handle this business so poorly and illegally. I hope every patient that goes to that facility calls to double check if they are supposed to be issued a refund
