Complaint Review: Diagnostic MRI Central

These thieves charge you up front for services (in this case an MRI) and when your insurance pays (in full in my case) they keep your money until you realize they still have it - and then take a month to refund it! Amazing!!!

They actually told me they do not issue refunds until someone requests it. If you do not pay close attention to your "EOB" reports from your insurance company you don't necessarily know they have paid for your testing and this group of thieves is holding your money until you realize it!

Don't use them - there are many reputable MRI groups in the Houston area -much better than these people.

I have reported then to the BBB in Houston as well.
