Yes I fallen victim of being frauded out of $12,000. This operation is quite sophistacated and fooled what I thought I was a street smart person. I own my own company and have done a good job and like to be a business owner. I am always willing to explore opportunities to better our financial situation. I received a call from a recruiter with a distributorship opprtunity. Residual and unlimited income potential with a modest start up cost. Her name was Lisa and said she worked for National Executive Recruiting. Explained opportunity and asked if I would talk to Joe Lampner the President. I said I would talk to him and he called and wanted to speak with me and significant other because it was best that both were involved! I agreed and he called us that day on a conference call and explained this was a very good opportunity and it was a patented product and no one else was doing it. He gave me a couple of references to call which I did 1st was Nigel Simpson which was earning 26k a month, and Bill Douglas earning 31k a month and went over how and who they targeted. They both had roughly 60-75 accts established in short of 2 years. Joe called me the next day and asked if I spoke to references and I said yes. He said he had 2 more to call which were Jack Warner and Ron Keys. Jack was a retired gent which loves golf and explained he got into to it so his accountant could have some tax benefits and his niece actually ran distributorship. He was short of 18 months and earning 24k monthly. Ron Keys was supposedly one of the founders and was a Dr and a Lawyer and went on and on about how good of a oportunity and should be in major colleges to help athletes etc. Joe called me again and we talked more about opportunity and what I was thinking about commiting to buying a territory? He asked if I was liquid 12-24k and explained he would fly me to FLorida and show me behind the curtains so to speak and walk me through everything and if I liked it I needed to bring a cashiers check for territory. I thought more about it and he finally did a presentation for me and my Girlfriend showing us diagnosticnutrition website with a training account. It seemed like a good site and after searching for a long time trying to find cracks in his story and even checking out the medical panel. I couldnt find any dirt??? My red flag which I ignored was I couldnt find any info??? Long story short I decided to invest and Joe was like it has to be approved by a commitee and I should write a letter why they should bring me aboard? I did and he said my letter was good and he would call me with decision. He called next day and welcomed me aboard. Said his asst Jackie would call with flight arrangements and made sure I was open the 2nd week in May? I missed another red flag my gut was telling me and that I had to pay for my flight and hotel and take it off the 12K. I was so eager to believe Joe I ignored my instincts again? Met with Joe talked for a bit explaining the process and one thing he mentioned which was he had a big painting of Churchhill Downs Horse track me being from KY he thought I would appreciate that! Hindsite I think he probably has a painting for every state to impress you? He then asked if I brought check and I said yes and he asked for it. Another redflag I missed was why I didn't get to look at program 1st and then make my decision? I asked why and he explained it was protected and only Distributors get to see it??? Anyway I paid him and began my training which consisted of 1 1/2 hours and 30 minutes to finsih with Joe. 1st was marketing which they gave me a list of potential targets and websites to track them down? Then IT showed me how to operate website and gave me acct # and password. My gut was talking to me again but I ignored it. They gave me this restaurant to eat lunch but I said I would rather work through lunch so to make my flight easier. They said there were no easy order in restaurants in area and all candidates ate there. My gut was kicking me again!!! I ate came back to office and heard Joe going over the program wiith another potential dist. He was like a recorder!!! Scripted as hell!!! Again my gut was screaming!!! Anyway I met with him and he asked what I thought and I said I was impressed with website etc. He explained I needed to go home and mail 50 letters by Friday and follow-up Tues. He said use colored envelopes and special stamps. I have been in sales for going on 20 years and managed and sold and my gut again was screaming!!! Anyway i did what he said to do and I got one call back but from a large acct!! Big potential I called Joe asked for references to use and he explained other dist. have tried that and it didn't work good??? My gut again was on fire with why references couldn't help with new company and new area??? I ignored my gut again :(. The company looked at business model and liked it and the website but wanted to know who the Supplements were made by? I told them what I was told which was Tishcon which I had researched them and they were legit. But all of a sudden my account got cold feet and one of the Dr's said he wouldn't sign on as of today??? I was sick! I sent support address an email showing comments by Dr. I got another gut check when the response was unprofessional by saying that She didn't know where my account was getting its info and then gave me an explaination of how many patents Tishon had had etc. I copied and pasted what was professional and sent it to account. They never responded and won't take my calls??? My suspicions were growing and I couldn't sleep and had nightmares about my decision to to this! Like a good salesman I did the urinalysis and ordered my supplements. This is where it hit my gut so hard that I had to admitt I was in a elaborate scam!!! The supplemens came in with United Medical Network on label. I looked at the diagnosticnutrition website and then I saw it clear as day! It was whited out on bottles???? I sent support another email asking who this company was??? No response??? Then I googled this company and pandoras box opened and I was floored!!! Sick to my stomach and I was beating myself up!!! I sent Joe an email explaining I could not market these products and wanted my money back!!! No response?? I sent another more threatoning. His asst then sent me a repsonse Joe is in hospital. Diabetes complications Neurpathy. I sent another response stating I needed and answer by such a date and that diagnosis does not impair your ability to make a decision!!! He fianlly called me about a week later and was concerned why I was upset? I explained my conerns but all he wanted to talk about was his health. He is like talking with and eel, very slippery!!! Anyway he said he would get back to me in a couple of days with decision? I was consumed with this position I was in and my detective instincts took over!!! I called all the medical board members. I was unsuccessful 1st but would not give up! Left meesages and emails with its imperitive to call me that I think they were involved in a scam! Finally Dr Kraft called me and we talked and she let me know that Joe scammed her for 25k with an investment in 2006 and she was unaware of this business and she did not know she was on Medical Panel and back in 2006 she sent certified letter demanding to be removed. I had another talk with Joe and he explained she was an disgruntled invester and he never got letter or something??? It wasnt 2 days and her name disappeared off site but I found a bunch of other websites for this Joe which it was not funny but somewhat funny that my user name and passsword worked for them??? I have since talked with Dr Noonan and Dr Artis and others to find out either they might be dead or unaware threatoning to call FBI for identity theft or acting like they didnt care??? I felt some were in on scam??? I was listening to my gut now and I sent email to Joe Lampner, that was the name he used for me but I adressed it by what I have learned his real name is Langner. He uses others but my email explained what I had found out and how mad they were etc. He stuck to his stories. I was so frustrated and losing hope. Oh I forgot after 1st converstaion about Dr Kraft he was trying to make me take 4 payments back but he had to talk with his attorney and draft disillusionment agreement. Between that time I found that the other Dr's were stolen identity victims or in on scam? I sent another email demanding my money by certain date but got no answer till the day I called Dept of consumer svc's and Fed Trade, and BBB, and attorney. As of today he is still trying to make me agree to payments??? I told him I didnt have a payment option and couldn't understand how this wealthy company couldn't return my $???? He had built no trust in me and my gut was saying I burned $12,000 dollars I I think my gut is spot on!!! I know this letter is long and drawn out but if you have taken the time to read it please take warning and stay away from a company with unethical business practices which has a lot of moving players like the freaken movie THE STING. Paul Newman what a actor!!! Well Joe is a a good actor so if I can save someone else this heartache that I and my family have experienced than my story may help you? Final note, I will each and everyday keep my tabs on this company. Might even start blogging??? Pissed off wrong redneck in KY

Summit Health and I have reached an agreement to terminate my distributorship and refund my investment.  Summit Health has a good business model but I misunderstood program.  Joe Lampner and I worked out a deal to disolve my distributorship.
