Complaint Review: Dial 1 Limo Service

     In March 2016, I pre-booked by credit card a round-trip from JFK airport to NYC with "Dial 1 Limo Service." The day before my trip, I never received the confirmation call that was promised on the "Dial 1" website. So I requested an email confirmation, which I never received. The next day, no vehicle showed up at JFK. When I reached my destination via a city taxi, I requested a refund from "Dial 1", to which they agreed. No refund was issued to my credit card. I requested a confirmation call for the return to JFK. There was no confirmation call. The next day, once again, no vehicle showed up for the return to JFK. Finally, back home, I requested a full refund from "Dial 1." No refund was issued to my credit card.

     Kiss your time and money good-bye if doing business with "Dial 1 Limo Service!"
