Dial-Comm Telecommunications, Inc. ripoff-- They Bought $2285.28 of telephone line surge suppression devices and refuse to pay me. This has been going on since Nov. 2001 Kankakee Illinois
I am a small business, only one person. Less Hadden and Patsy Haden has refused to pay me at the agreed whole sale price for all the surge suppression devices used on the phone lines. This was a custom job, and I designed them myself, build the units and installed them inside the M66 block for easy installation. Les did Liked them and installed them at his customer site. I have tried normally by calling them to pay their bills for the past three years, and Les kept e-mailing me and calling me back that he will pay the bill.
At first they would agree on small amounts, then purchased some product based on COD at Retail and I deducted the difference to apply to the dept. I bent over backwards for this company and they disrespected me, and would not pay the bill. Finally I submitted thier paper work to Dun & Brad Street for collections in May of this year 2004. I spent more money for Dun & Brad Street to get Dial-Comm Telecommunication to pay me.
God is thier final justment, it is him that they ripped off. We are simply the costodian of his great works and wealth. Yes-
I am a person just like each and every one of you out there that is reading this sob story, and we get ripped off all the time. With your letters, e-mail and faxes, I would appreaciate all the help you can do. I have done all I can.
