Dial Television Services ripoff Tampa Florida
Do not use Dial Televison Services!!!
Two men came out to my house to check my Pro Scan t.v in November... They told me it was going to cost me 59.00 to take it back to store to check it out as they could not do that in my home... They did not have the equiptment it required for this type of problem... I called them as they never called back to find out what was wrong and get an estimate of costs... They told me it was going to cost me another 140.00 or so to fix it... They said it was a great t.v. and worth fixing...I paid them a total of 200.00 when they brought back my t.v. in December... The exact same thing was wrong when we got it...
I called again and told them of the problem... They came out and told me it must be a defective part... They had to take it back into the shop... They assured me it would not take so long to fix this time,I have priority...
After numerous calls I finally reached them and was told another part was ordered, wrong part came in etc... We still do not have our t.v back and it is May... They have my 200.00 and my t.v. also... Does anyone have any suggestions as I am frustrated, out of money and with no t.v...
