Complaint Review: Dialing USA

One Feb 08 of this year I received a call about a $ 1000 shopping spree and free plane tickets that they say I have been selected for. At first I don't want it I don't want it and the guy told me that it would be at no charge to me except a charge of $4.95 would be deducted from my account and they would not charge me for anything else I said ok $4.95 it s ok.

Now it's been almost 2 months I still haven't gotten the packages yet and on top of that there is almost a $ 400 deducted from my checking account and the name on the check is spelt all wrong and I call the consumer service(800-625-9202) they told me it's not them it's the FLY FREE TRAVEL, DIALING USA and IDIAL FINANCIAL SERVICES people who charged me so I told him that they were the only one my information they said that I agreed to it in the recording and I told him that they said the were gonna send me a free trialif I like it the were gonna charge me or I can cancel it if I don't want it but the thing is I never received any of them then he gave the FLY FREE TRAVEL consumer service(1-800-625-9305)and also the IDIAL FINANCIAL SERVICES customer service (1-800-625-5310).

So when I call them they told me that they have sent me a free package and I should of cancel it then but the thing is I never received anything and still the IDEAL FINANCIAL SERVICES guy told me that I will be receiving a package next week including a CD and if I don't like it there is a 30 guaranty on it I can return.

Did I say I never received anything from any of these companies well I don't what else I can do they took my money,they didn't send me anything and said they did and when I call them and tell them that THEY SAY NO CAN DO .

Well Even though they don't pick up when you call them I am planning on calling them all the time.
