Dialup Aka Isubmit Free 30 days, no email stating 30 Days up, charged credit card no reports stating submissions ripoff San Diego California
Contracted with ISubmit.com free trial for 30 days. Traffic reports from my own web stats actually dropped. (I would not say it was their fault that traffic dropped--but it definitely did not increase. Could not find any proof that this company submitted anything. Received no report of any kind. How would I know who submitted what to whom??
At any rate I lost $50.00 to this venture for which I have a debit to my credit card. (lesson learned--nothing is free ever, do not give credit card for alleged "free trial" Absolutely not free.

Last email I received. The company stated they did the service and were not refunding my money!
I presumed this was their final decision and felt that was not quite right, therefore I filed report.
It's too easy to lose money when purchasing on the internet.
Future cautions I now do. I make sure they are legit and I make sure there is a line of communication available that is responded to and a telephone number that is in service.

This particular complaint was from a programming error. This customer is more than welcome to come back to our site and let us know this. We will at that time issue an immediate refund to his/her credit card.
Our service is absolutely free for the first 30 days. We did not intentionally charge this card and will completely refund in full for our mistake.
We are an honest company and have been for all 5 years of our existence.
