Complaint Review: Diamond auto group in Auburn route 20

Be careful with this place! This company will hire an outside source to do their hiring for them. That individual will then train with you for about a week. After that week is over that individual will then tell you to pay 700 dollar's to become "certified." This individual will tell you the 700 dollar's is refundable after your 90 day's. That money will never be returned to your hand's. This has happened to about seven people who have worked there. After your 90 days... You can call the individual you trained with and he will tell you the dealership is responsible for paying you back. After that week of training you will never see this individual at the dealership again. You will ask the owner and the general manager of the dealership about your 700 dollar's and will be told we are "working"on it or the guy you trained with is responsible for paying you back. You will call into the dealership and ask about your 700 dollar's and the general manager will tell you he does not know what you are talking about. This place is a complete mess and not to be trusted. No one is responsible for the 700 dollar's you gave them.
