Complaint Review: Diamond Enterprises Magazine

My hubsand thought he was subscribing to a magazine for $36 for 12 issues, The company has billed our checking account for $36 per month, not $36 for the 12 issues, now, for the last few months, our checking account has been debited almost $80 a mont for some magazines he never ordered or wanted. We have attempted many times to resolve this issue with the company, and the one time we actually got to speak to someone at thecompany, they tell us they can not cancel the subscription. We just filed a report with the FTC and plan on going to the bank to file a fraud report there.
