I have Supra Max 56k usb fax modem that is 6 weeks old.
The software supplied and from their website locks up my
system. I have sent email after email to tech support with
out a reply. Finally after emailing marketing I got a reply and
a tech email address. I have email this person and again no reply. I quess this the crap diamond calls TECH SUPPORT.

DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BUY DIAMOND PRODUCTS the company and their product are crap
