Diamond Multimedia Sent back to me twice a video card that was replaced but still didn't work Chatsworth California

I purchased grapics card 3870 PE3 1G and the next day it would go on and off. Contacted JC got RMA. Upon the return after install no improvement. Contacted JC got RMA . Upon return same problem.. I spent $24.00 sending
it twice. Got it back beginng of november. and the same problem.

Not to be without a card I purchased a Gforce 8800GT and I have no problems with it. I contacted Diamond Multimedia and spoke with Lorraine. She asked that I send specs on my pc and they would get back to me. I used an email that I rarely use and just found out it never reached her.

lorraine@diamondmm.com was the address I used. Anyway my pc

Ram 2GB
OS XP Pro2002 service pack 3
HD WDC WD2000JS-60NCB1

I will not spend another $12.00 to send it. I will say that each time I received it back, the invoice said "replaced". I have built 6 pc's to date. Remember I am running the pc in question with a graphics card with no problem
