Diamond quick lube Deliberate deception Altamonte Springs Florida
The owner of Diamond quick lube said he believed me when I told him it was very obvious that his technicians had not changed my oil filter last time I took my truck in for service. I had the proof which he said he did not need to see. He confirmed in front of me and his employees that they did not carry a Nissan dealer filter which I removed when I changed oil myself.
His only comment was he was sorry it happen. No positive action taken. He said he was not going to give me any "free" service which I certainly did not want.
My stong suggestion: Stay away from Diamond quick lube, one and all. You may have to get another car sooner than you expect.
