Referred from 123movers.com, Diamond Relocation, Inc. touted their clear Better Business Bureau as evidence that they were the good guys in the industry. Other companies gave quotes, but had BBB records that were spotty at best. They just didn't show up. They later lied to me and said that they had the wrong telephone number when they tried to call to inform me of a truck breakdown.

They promised to be there in 2 days. Again, no show, no answer at their office and no return calls after several messages. I finally reached them and they again confirmed they would honor the written agreement. For the first time I received a call from a 'dispatcher' confirming the appointment (a two hour window). Half an hour into the window I again called to confirm, and they confirmed. NO SHOW AGAIN.

I finally hired another company, and their truck broke down (clutch). So, they rented a truck and provided same day service.

When I received my credit card statement, I learned Diamond Relocation, Inc. had charged deposit.

I'll give them one chance to apologize and cover the damages. If they ignore it, I will file suit, ask local TV and radio stations to investigate and report my experience, and lodge complaints with any agencies that issued a license to Diamond Relocation, Inc.
