As a deeded Owner of Poipu Point Diamond Resort in Kauwai, I am finding out just how dishonest the corporation really is.  Since they took over management of our resort (2007), our management fees have been raised 364%....hard to comprehend when inflation has averaged less than 3% per year since 2007.  But when you understand that our two Boards are made up of 6 individuals, 4 of which are employees of DRI, it is not hard to comprehend.  And have you hear that DRI wants to spend $65M to repair 'water intrusion' problems at our resort and pass that cost onto us Owners?  We have asked DRI for copies our insurance policy, bids, damage assessment reports, and denied insurance claims....all of which DRI  refuses to provide!   These water intrusion problems have been know about for years and yet DRI continued to sell points at this resort WITHOUT disclosing these know problems up until this past summer.  I would not recommend DRI to my worst enemy.  Beware.
