DRI does not answer your questions, does not return your calls, does not have available vacation when you and where you want, they increase payments year by year. Diamond Resorts International offers timeshare and sells a pack of many lies forcing people to sign contracts that will make you an slave for the rest of your live. The sellers are unscrupulous people very well prepared to catch people based on lies, frauds and scams. DRI does not cancel contracts, does not return your calls, does not take responsability about the bad practices the sellers use. Why? Because DRI use that way for trapping people, take your money, and give nothing in exchange. That is legal.....because you cannot prove that sellers said one thing and the contract is totally different. DRI just want to have your money....the rest is a nightmare.

This is a reply to the person from Diamond Resorts International Timeshare that want to show that they work with transparency.FALSE My husband and I are members, we file a omplain, we sent you a letter expleining point by point what the sellers offers us and how far the contract differ from that. We signed the contrat (our fault) thinkink the contract is the same as the promises from the seller. We trust the sellers and manager, and the closer, and the person in carge of our signature...we made that mistake...now we have to deal with that nightmare because was a pack of lies. The answer to our letter was another letter, 60 days after that...with a copy of the contract. That is not an answer, this is abuse against new buyers. Because now I know the contract, you do not have to give me it again, you have to solve that scam. I received many calls from you because I am not paying anymore untill you solve that fraud. Annd you know what? All the people on the phone, working for DRI cut my calls and are insolent. When I start explaining why I do not pay anymore instead try to solve the problem or offer some way to fix the fraud...they hang the phone!!!! I am dealing with this situation for 4 months!!! letters, calls, everything....So, please Mr DRI....do not use this website to cheat and keep lying because you are not interested in seeking solutions for costumers and members..you only care abot collecting MONEY from hardworking people and make fun of honest that trust your words.
