Complaint Review: diamond resorts international

diamond resorts international anita (sales) this company has people that are blatant lies and decepting consumers; this saleslady offered that once we sign up for diamond resorts international from MGV which the company has acquired, then we will only have to pay one maintenance fee yearly. It turned out to be a total deception because after we paid off the MGV the personalized rep from their corporate office told us that there are still two maintenance fee that we have to pay. The highest concern we had before we signed up was the two maintenance fee, and they blatantly lied to us. we will report this to the trade and consumers industry to porotect customers/consumers like us...Liars!!!!! blatant lie from the sales persons of this company,Diamond Resorts International....we had the sampler package and we didn't actually wanted to buy but they offered that if we pay off the Monarch grand vacations then there will only be one maintenance fee yearly. that was our highest concern before we signed up. then this month, a personalized rep from their corporate in Florida called us as new members and mentioned to us that there are still two maintenance fees that we have to pay; we told him that the conversation was different before we signed up. we will seek legal counsel for this lies and deception this company is advocating to the consumers out there. warning to all prospective buyers...please do not heed to their lies and smart talks....they are liars...they just want your money and business...you will end up in the sinkhole!!!!
