Be caucious about signing documents to purchase Diamond Timeshares!

Their salesrepresentatives lie, cheat, misrepresent, misleading, hiding materials etc. by all means to trap their clients into signed their documents and contracts via DocuSign system within five minutes without to read it, and locked us into predetory loans and debts, by premeditated deceiptive sales technics to slammed us into the financial disaster of high interests rate mortgages and outrage hign yearly maintance of $5000 plus going toward $8000 and more each year. Once we signed, the company and it's well trained customer represtatives and so called "Hospitality" management, every employee of Diamond will never admit their fault, resolve the problems they created for us sincerely, but only denied it. Their employees were extremely roug, disrespectful, attack us with derogaory and insulting words abusively. They would not listen to our words and explainations, kept interruped us, cut off our every word and sentence, fighting with us viciously to collect the dues they preplanned to indebted us.

Their salesrepresentatives told us that each of their point equals 30cents to 40 cents, that we may use them to pay off our annual maintance fees, and still will have two to three weeks vacations, but we find out later, it was a big lie that it's only equal 4 cents, even we used up all our points, can only pay off the quater of our annual maintance fees, and it will lwave us zero vacation time to use. what was the propose of these so called "Reviews and Upgradings" on the benefit of us as a precious clients then? We ended no vacation but only hudge debts!?

Diamond Resorts will never release or cancel the scammed deals once after the clients signed, they delivery making all kinds of excuses and run arounds to lead us all over the maps to the wrong departments, wrong email address and wrong contacts, everyone denied our efforts to cancel the illegal sales. They didn't even provide us an cancellation form, and refused to cancel the cheating deals within the cancellation peroid of time.

Their finance department will kept making endless phone calls on daily bases to harrass us sveral times a day to jumping and yelling at us to collect the dues plus growing s****.>

We were looked like felt into the ancient colliseum presecutions by all these angry and violent employees. The experience were not only cause tremendous mental and emotional stress, but ssuffering by their unbelievable ill treatments. It was a total disaster and nightmare to deal with them.

It was totally a vicious and unethical sales scams. Is there a law to stop these illegal sales practices at all? These are really very serious robbery of seniors' hard earned retirement funds!

It'ts not illegal for someone to sign a contract without reading it.  If someone wants you to sign right away, then you get up and walk away  Simple as that
