been owner for few years,every time i e-mail them they send one back saying that they have pass it on to the department that handle it on more responds from they,i call they put you on hold till their phone system hangs up. such as last year they blocked me from online payments called 25 times they called asking if i would like to buy more points,i lied and told them if they can get me back online to pay my bill i would .they did and during trasfer hung up. this year went to resort in orlando ,so many promlbes at check in that next day called to office to talk about the things we were offered a dinner and cruse and 1/2 my point back for that vist . can not set up cruise ,nopoints back,had dinner was nice. have called e-mailed 4 to 5 times. going to their fl. corp. office next
