Diamond Resorts International April Placchi nee Younger Osheila Gabo Tried to get me to quit, then made my work life a living hell then purposely messed up and passed blame down to me. Las Vegas NV
I started working for the Inventory Operations department back in 2015 (having worked for the company since 2004). I worked under a wonderful woman by name if Pam Martin (who has since retired). After she retired in 2017, things went horribly bad. April Placchi (nee Younger) took over as a Supervisor (now manager) working under Osheila Gabo. They both conspired to make my life a living hell so i would quit.
This included multiple write ups, micro-management, and talking bad about me behind my back. I learned all of this from another supervisor who I became friends with outside of work and was involved in their meetings and knew about their shady dealings but couldn't do anything about it because he had his own issues with Osheila (he later transferred to another department). Anyways they used every trick in the management playbook to try and make me quit, then April purposely made an error with my work while was on vacation and passed the blame on me and had me fired.
While it's too late for me, I would highly recommend Hilton Grand Vacations to look into this so April cant do this kind of shady management towards others.
