diamond ridge lumber Albert Wolske took a $1400 deposit for lumber and never gave me the product and won't refund my money. nampa, Idaho
Albert Wolske of Diamond Ridge Lumber sold me a load of fencing materials in May of 2010. he required a $1400 deposit before he would deliver it to my state. (WA) he repeatedly made excuses as to why he couldn't deliver ie.. The weather and roads were too treacherous, the supplier is out of materials.
Finally in August I was fed up and asked for my deposit back. He wouldn't send it back to me. As of this date, 3-04-2012 he has not refunded my money nor delivered the goods. Also he ignores my calls every time. If you know of an attorney that can help me recover this please let me know.
