Deryck Downey from Diamond Wireless in Mooresville NC BJs store totally screwed me out of $1600. 

I was suppose to get a rebate for a free phone and he did not give me the rebate forms or take care of it like he said he would do. He also failed to mention that I would be put in collection for $800 when I closed my account a week after opening it because I tranferred it to my sons name. I got screwed badly by this company so what out for them.

Both Diamond Wireless and Verizon have corrected the issues. My rebate is on its way and they say they have removed my collection. I am very surprised and happy that they took care of this so quickly.
