I ordered pictures through the Photo Diamond Painting branch of this company never realizing that the cheap product was made in China. According to their website I should have received my product within 2 weeks, but it took over 7 weeks to show up. The pictures were dull with no life, not even close to the originals I sent them in spite of their claims about "we want to be able to provide you with high quality products!"
On of the pictures even showed the lines from the printer running out of ink. They shipped these pictures in a shipping envelope so there were creases in the pictures. Complaining to them was a waste of time. they offered me a refund of less than $5.00 on a $50.00 order. I would never deal with them again.
