Complaint Review: Diamonds International and Comonety Bank

Diamonds International and Comonety Bank double charged me for a diamond necklace 3700.00 twice on Cominty Bank/DI charge card they open up for me Ketchikan Alaska

June 23, 2017 on a cruise to Alaska - I purchased a diamond necklace for 4700.00 (overpriced I found out later at my jeweler) at Diamonds International in Ketchikan Alaska.  I financed 3700.00 by Comenity Bank/DI that they opened up for me.  When I received the Statement from Comenity Bank in July the statement showed 3700.00 twice on the same day.

I contacted DI in Alaska immediately, their response was apologetic and that they will correct their error.  Well, needless to say it is now Jan. 2018 and they still have not corrected their error.  I have been corresponding with both Comenity Bank and Diamonds International back and forth by letters, emails and telephone calls to no avail. They keep telling me that they will correct it.  As my last resort I have contacted Liflock which I belong to, now its in their hands.  I wish anyone that has been ripped off good luck, don't give up. Companies and banks like this should be put out of business.  I was on vacation to enjoy not to have anxiety.
