Diana Gamba had an apartment to rent she put the ad on Craigslist list
I saw the ad and called and left a message she called me back the next day and said I can come and see the apartment at 3rd
I went and saw the apartment and told Diana I have a program and if she is accepting any programs...she said yes she said since I had an eviction case I would have to give her a deposit of$5000.00 just in case I lose my job or the program doesn't pay her . I agreed and I took my tax money and borrowed some money from friends and I gave Diana gamba $4,650 I was suppose to move in the apartment on 4/1/15. She had someone else move in the apartment

Be advised that our family has also been scammed by this person. She at first comes acroos as a friend but then manipulates herself into your info and rips you off. If you want to help us stop her please contact me at jm0294832@gmail.com Lets stop her before she does this to others.

Diana Gamba claims to be working for any attorney based out of Staten Island " helblock Napa and gallucci". She will tell you she can help you with a loan modification but all she is going to do is steal your money. Her scam is to get you to pay her a modified mortgage which she claims will go into an escrow account which will than be put to your principal once the loan modification is complete. This is never going to happen because she is going to put the money in her pocket. Remember she will have all your information which she will than use to open credit cards in your name. She will than do and say everything under the sun to make you think your are crazy that you don't understand the process. She is a con artist who has stolen over $50,000 from me in combined mortgage payment and credit card fraud. I urge you to stay away from her and if you are a victim " come forward " and tell your story. This needs to stop. People work to dam hard for their money and to make a living to have some low life like Diana Gamba come and try to take it away. If your are looking and need help with a load modification, please keep in mind. Any and all money which you are going to pay is to go directly to your mortgage company. Do not pay a 3rd party and please do not pay Diana L Gamba , Diana Gamba , Diana Robles , Diana gamba Robles.
