Complaint Review: Diaz Contracting

Javier Diaz of Visalia, California and owner of Diaz Contracting business is a scum bucket of a person.

He is currently as of this date: August 8th, 2012 being sued for $700,000.00 by the California Labor Commission of the state of California for failing to pay his workers their fairly earned wages. There will also be penalties, damages and other fees assessed to his conviction and he will pay for his criminal theft and embezzlement charges to the full extent of the law.

If you are doing business with this crook or company at this time you better severe it now. Javier Diaz is a thief and he will pass his losses onto you without thinking twice about it.

You will be the one bearing his debt and paying for court costs and fines if you dont heed this warning.

If you fail to stop doing business with him I hope he takes you for all you got you idiots. We will also follow up and see who continues to do business with him and pursue charges of collusion and accessory to criminal charges of obtaining  free labor and other charges.

We have had enough and we are going after every and anyone who wants to try to play games with migrant and immigrant workers. We represent them and we are going to hit you hard and where it hurts!!!!

We are working Pro Bono and we have all the time and money to pursue these charges with no cost to our clients and their families.

So please, give us a reason to take your money and run you through the mud.
