I purchased a 2002 Ford Explorer in May 2004 with 34,000mi and by the end of the month I had to repair the brakes after I brought the car back three days after purchase to check the acceleration and the brakes and they said nothing was wrong. The dealer Kevin Laazar, misterously dissapeard and was no longer working there.

Last month my vehicle's transmission failed at 42,000mi and I found out that there was no extended warranty on my vehicle. The dealer has told me that there was an extended warranty on the vehicle, that's why he jacked up the price of the car to include the warranty. Now no one wants to help me, not even Ford Motor Corp. My vehicle has been out of commission since Christmas and I am looking for some help, either a new vehicle or all the money that I spent on the car thus far. I went to their web site and saw the same vehicle as my car being sold for under $18,000 only seven months after I purchased my vehicle. They sold me my car for $25,000. I've also seen 2003's for less than that. If there is a way that I can get help in matter please let me know.
