Complaint Review: Dick Hannah

1. getting a car loan with bad credit they told me this would make my credit score go up at least 120 point by making my payment on time . i made my payment's how every the leander they gave me only reported to Equifax . the sellmen lied . they showed us a blue book saying the car was worth 9999 and a carfax report. we thought this was a good deal . we payed 1,000 down and after a few month i checked our credit report and the loan wasnt on my report i was up set i tryed to refi the loan after finding out our the loan was 24.99 apr i was shocked . and mad not only did they make 5,000 as of today . but i still own 9,999 for the car i made my payment on time . and i tryed to tread the car off and was shocked when the auto town told me it was only worth 4,000 when i got the car. not only dickhannah wont make this right but they wont tread the van in . and i cant get a nother loan because of it . i have been nice about it and nothen was done . i called the aga in my state of oregon . as of today theyre still looking in to it . ever year 3488.99 i pay on the car note and i still own 9,000 over the loan of 5 year the 1999 van make sure you getting it in wrighting i was unawere of the apr and make sure your leander ist a prime leander .
