Dickeys BBQ - North Richland Hills, Texas On 03-25-2020 around 6:10 pm i went to the NRH restaurant to order to go. There was one customer there to pickup but no employees in front for about 7 minutes- store was very hot - called for customer service - no answer on your phone North Richland Hills Texas

On 03-25-2020 around 6:10 pm i went to the NRH restaurant to order to go. There was one customer there to pickup but no employees in front for about 7 minutes- store was very hot - called for customer service - no answer on your phone, finally someone came out from the back to take my order. I ordered an XL family pack- ordered sausage, sliced brisket and ribs.

When i arrive at my destination in Keller , i see that the sliced brisket looks like burned/old ground meat, all other food is cold- seems like i was given old leftovers. Tried calling store immediately for the next 30 minutes absolutely no answer. The food was gross. Called corporate office next day and spoke with a very rude and unhelpful person- took my complaint down and said i would be contacted in the next 48 hours. No one has contacted me
