Complaint Review: Didgeridoo Bull Terriers

Don't breed or buy while shelter pets die. LOL her mom helps her scam. Easily avoided if you went to the shelter to adopt. 

Yes...in reading Ms. Discenza's rebuttal...I offer my re-rebuttal:

Fact 1: The fact is, that Charee has known that I am the registered owner for TRIED AND TRUE WINSTON since the first week in July/2017... (THAT WOULD MAKE HER LITTER APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS OLD WHEN WE MET) At any point in the exchange we have had, she could have changed the litter status to "PENDING REGISTRATION"...or somesuch....but, she did not.

Fact 2: I have been promised a stud fee from Charee in the same time alottment as above. And frankly...I could upload multiple messages/excuses/references as proof of this...however, I don't wish to humiliate.

Fact 3: Health testing and screening is an important representation or misrepresentation. I will say the following: there are very real and expensive health screenings for Bull Terriers, they are performed by specialized, trained, certified practitioners...and they work with the authoritative body for cardio/auditory and joint-related clearances which may or may not be genetic...but are in the stages of being held as precedent-setting....with a goal towards genetic health. I forwarded Charee a link to the BAER/OFA mobile unit that travels the NW performing breed-specific tests with OFA supervision and recordation. Having a veterinarian look at a dog, perhaps listen to it's heart, takes it's temperature and deem it fit for breeding...is not genetic screening...and is unrelated on any real level...to the resultant health of the litter. It certainly warrants nothing but that the doh appears to be fine at the time of the examination. (I do not know that TRIED AND TRUE WINSTON was looked at by a veterinarian or not). Therefore, it is exceedingly important to me...that the consumer knows : TRIED AND TRUE WINSTON IS NOT HEALTH TESTED. There are no warranties express or implied.

Fact 4: After discussing the stud fee payment and being promised it all through August 2017 (for which I can provide myriad messages along these lines from Charee). On Saturday 9/02/17 I noticed it was September- it was discussed that a Wal-Mart Money Gram would be paying for the stud fee. I advised that in the state of AZ, one cannot receive a 1,000.00 or-more chunk at a Wal-Mart. She then stated maybe she would have her mother deliver the money to me (?). Honestly, I dont care if men in black, flying monkeys, or purple unicorns deliever the money to me...but, I elected to offer an easy, modern solution: I therefore provided a payment platform from my own website which offered secure payment options...(such as debit cards/credit cards/paypal/cash cards) etc...I sent Charee the link...and a password...as I went one step further and made her payment page password protected. I also asked if I should be expecting her mother?! NO REPLY.

Fact 5: Sunday 9/03/17: NO REPLY

Fact 6: Monday 9/04/17: NO REPLY

Thats when I decided that I needed to protect myself with a review and a complaint.

Fact 7: Tuesday 9/05/17: REPLY!!!!! My inbox contained "Fraud Report Huh?"-from Charee.

Its possible that some breeders will read this complaint: I'd like to say that I am well-aware...as Charee admits...one puppy went out to his new home quite awhile ago on a co-ownership (his name was Guante). 4 are left....2 she wishes to retain (her FB posts indicate she is looking for a co-own home or a friend who is close-by to take one of the two she is holding back for herself....these would be Bo and Keeper).

I'm not a used car salesmanesque mind... but I can read: I feel pretty safe saying that some benefits have been received and that the FB posts state: "1 Left"....! I'm merely going with what Charee writes and says....and...now...I'm to meet her mother somewhere because I'm potentially a loose cannon. Au contraire.

STUD FEE PAYMENT FROM INTERNET-LOCATED MALE BULL TERRIER WITH NO PAPERWORK PRESENTED NOR AGE-APPROPRIATE HEALTH CLEARANCE/S: As stated above: USPS; Wal-Mart, Western Union, Men in Black, Flying Monkeys, Personal Cheque, Paypal, Your Mother in my Driveway...WHATEVER. What should be done is what Charee/Didgeridoo has promised would be completed in August. Period. Now it is  September. And so far...it is everyone else's fault. Well breeders...would you watch while 1 retain some puppies, send one to a new home on  co-ownership.....(that's a physical transfer and a business arrangement, he left as a future breeding and show dog)....There are no excuses. NONE.

Finally, I'd like to reiterate one more time: TRIED AND TRUE WINSTON has never been BAER tested; Cardio-tested or OFA/Penn Hip Tested. He may (or may not have...) have been looked at a couple of months ago by a veterinarian....but this is neither testing nor screening; a topical exam and listening to a dog's heart with a stethoscope; taking it's temp...these DO NOT MEAN A GENETIC CLEARANCE HS BEEN GIVEN. These exams only mean...that at the time of the examination the dog was free from disease (I guess). I warrant nothing.

 I had made an agreement inregards to stud from Renson who at that time said he "owned" the stud come to find out "julia" is still on registration . they had some sort of an agreement before i came along. (. I found Renson via internet. ) I have found that out afterwards after the dogs were already bred and stud returned home. . he stated they were his and that they were registered .. .. I have been dealing with Julia in regards to stud , stud fee and registration .... I guess im paying off Rensons debt in order to get this litter registered. .. No big deal it s a headache but needs to get done to get this litter registered.. My original arrangement with Renson is that i pay for stud after the litter was born and first pup was sold. This litter was a litter of 5 still having 4 pups one was placed as a trade/co ownership with no $ involved mind you ... Also mind you i tried to send $ thru walmart to walmart / money gram to AZ but she stated she didnt want it that way. I did mention my mother she lives in AZ and is heading back very soon figured she could hand deliver ..that it would be faster... No response This lady is pre jumping the gun .... And is being Impatient .... I assume shes thinking im gonna slack off. Like Renson and not pay my dues and fees which i have tried and suggested different ways to send it ... ... in all reality im adbiding by my agreement which she agreed upon. Because of this post .. My mother will bring down the $ I owe and meet up with Julia to hand deliver it and to make sure registration paperwork is sign accordingly before $ is handed over. I would have sent it via mail however because of this post i now dont trust the situation. I did advertise Tried and True Winston as health tested because when Winston was here in my care before the time breeding was health tested by my vets and had cleared his testing. I did advertise this litter as registered because upon our agreement this litter will be registered.
