she is a skilled liar she will lie to your face and make you sign there lease agreement AND WHEN YOUR LEASE IS up this c**t will raise your rent and she could care less if you complain about all the drug dealers and junkies outside at night making noise she is  racist two faced w***e who has no CLASS and a dirty pig. You will hate her like everyone else does at this complex you will regret ever moving to Maribelle apts.

This place has high crime and lots of junkies at night breaking into cars and going thru garbage its a very unsafe unfamiily oriented apartment complex she runs like a prison. Didi is a mean evil b*tch. she has big fat a** and a very ugly  face  even uglier is her partner in crime the queen of uglyness the b*tch of all b*ches in the world Arvella Kincaidc talk about a bitter evil mean spirited jaded c**t arvella hates dogs and all men she iis cruel and had an unhappy childhood that has carried over in her adulthood, this alcoholic former meth addict somehow got a job worrking as a property manager at Maribelle apartments and she is even worse then that fat c*nt her boss Didi Gerren .

Arvella is a sad pathetic excuse of life she is very unhappy in her life and has lots of mental proplems she wears the same outfit everyday to work AND she is a terrible ugly b*tch that is full of negativity and she hates all dogs and is a biter person Never move into Maribelle apartment s this place has bad elements living here arvella loves to rent to drug dealers because they pay in cash and Arvella is so corrupt she would selll her own  mother to make a buck so dont be suprised if the drug dealers themselves pay off both Arvella kincaid and Didi Gerren lots of crime here be smart and do not rent at Maribelle apartment s
