A warning to all consumers who think that these people are decent business people.

Didier Grossemy, Mark Pallister and Andrew Unterweger have all ripped off hundreds of people out of their life savings and destroyed their businesses.

These (very wealthy) dishonest businessmen are in business to con unsuspecting people out of their money by promising amazing business outcomes through internet marketing and delivering much less than promised and in many cases people have paid for products and services for internet technology that is never delivered.

Some people have paid between $50,000.00 and $250,000.00

How do they do this???
What they do is start up a wholesale internet marketing company with some legitimate clients although many bogus clients as well, to make it look as though it is a viable and growing company. They lease office space and spare no expense to decorate the office space, and give the impression that every-one is enjoying the successes that are coming in the door every day.

What is not apparent is that everything is leased and they own nothing.

1.the office space is leased
2.the cars are leased
3.the low paid staff are not being paid superannuation
4.they owe many other businesses(now creditors) hundreds of
thousands of dollars in unpaid debts.
5.the phone company is not getting paid
6.they are not paying their tax obligations

The next step is to sell franchises or licenses as repeatable business model and make big money from the sale of the franchises and licenses.

They train people in how to sell these products and use lies and phony examples of how successful the business is and can be for the franchisees and licensees.

Of course it all sounds good to the unsuspecting buyers of these bogus franchisees/licensees.

Once they have all your money... (out of greed) they put up the prices and make it impossible for the franchisees or licensees to make a worthwhile living from the investment they entered into.

The pricing ends up uncompetive and the franchisees/licensees cannot compete.

The product delivery is very slow, they have no management or customer service skills. They are only focused on the quick sale and how they can exploit the client for everything they are worth.

In the end the fanchisee/licensee cannot make a sustainable income and has to walk away with nothing. There is no support from the company and you are ignored and treated with extreme arrogance.

Didier Grossemy is proud to announce how he built a multi million software business up and sold it for 25 million dollars. What he doesnt mention is how he put these companies into liquidation.

Didier Grossemy portrayed himself as the self made millionaire who single handedly built an empire. What he didnt mention was that behind the scene there was 2 other investors in Zebra Interactive, Mark Pallister and Andrew Unterweger. Apparently these two people took over the running of Zebra Interactive.

Didier Grossemy wound up Zebra Interactive (with the help of Mark Pallister and Andrew Unterweger) and walked away from any responsibility towards any money he owed to the franchisees/licensees and all the money he borrowed or leased from unsuspecting people.

Didier Grossemy, Mark Pallister and Andrew Unterweger have done exactly the same thing on 2 occasions.

1.Wild Tigers
2.Zebra Interactive

The above companies where put into liquidation owing many creditors thousands of dollars.

Zebra Interactive is now called Zoogle Interactive and is run by Mark Pallister at the offices of Quik Trak.

Zoogle Interactive has an application to wind up the company on the ASIC website.

Didier Grossemy seems to be living the high life driving his Maserati and living in exclusive Sydney suburbs while the people he owes money to try to pick up the peices of what they have left.

Didier Grossemy is now a CEO of a company called speed2market.com and he also is a CEO of a company called X2.com. These companies are exactly the same as Wild Tigers, Zebra Interactive, and Zoogle Interactive. Zoogle Interactive and Speed 2 Market share the same clients and sell the same products and services.

Didier Grossemy, Mark Pallister and Andrew Unterweger have ripped people off on several occasions and have walked away with out any losses. The people that always lose are the ones that they have conned.

These people are thieves and liars and do not trust them. They have made their money by exploiting the good nature in people. They are confidence tricksters and conmen.

I was a victim of this franchise scheme myself. Spent all my savings on a franchise and had to do all the work myself.

Everything they promised (support, expertise, tools) didn't exist. It was desiged to suck money into the system and give nothing in return.

And they still managed to go belly up.

I can't understand how these people can still open businesses and operate in Australia despite all the wrong they made. Unbelievable.

Never get close or do business with Didier Grossemy and his friends.

Another ripped off.

I am sure you are in the same camp as the rest of us now. Its obvious that Mark James Pallister did not warn you that he was going bust and you only found out when the phones where disconnected and the website went down.

Join the club...dont try to get your money back because these guy's have set their businesses up so you either cannot afford to sue them or they have no assets in Australia.

Happy Zoogle Licensee

I am a very happy Licensee of Zoogle Interactive and cant believe how many innaccuracies have been told in this report which is obviously from a competitor or disgruntled person who wants to be anonymous to avoid being held accountable for their lies.
I was originally misled into entering into a License by Didier Grossemy and Zebra Interactive. Maybe not misled, but promised a lot which did not come to fruition.
Some time last year I was advised that Zebra was being bought by Zoogle Interactive, after a number of problems similar to mine had been experienced by other people who had dealt with Didier Grossemy.
I arranged to meet with Mark Pallister and Mr Unterweger and they confirmed they would abide by the conditions of my original agreement with Zebra Interactive and they have done so, and exceeded these in my view. I am very happy and have a very good business.
I do not believe either man had a business relationship with Mr Grossemy as very shortly after I met with these men they terminated any relationship with Mr Grossemy who has started his own business, and had the audacity to email me to follow him.
I am not completely sure but I believe some problem with Zebra Interactive, or Mr Grossemy stopped the sale from being concluded, but in any event the business of Zoogle has continued and although I believe two original licensees are not happy i know many who are.
