Complaint Review: Diego Alexander Garzon Cardenas

 Diego Alexander Garzon Cardenas, who also goes by the name Diego Garzon, Alexander Cardenas, and other names on Facebook, is a sophisticated con man who utilizes websites such as "Seeking Arrangement" and Facebook to lure wealthy men into entering into "domestic partnerships" in order to have them give him money, including sending him Western Unions. He is married in at least one country (a copy of that marriage certificate is available). He has also legally changed his last name at least once to his latest victims last name. He also associates with a man named Cristian Javier Garzon Arciniegas, who is in collusion with him in order to obtain monies from these men (it is suspected that they are also a couple). He is known to travel to Argentina, Spain, Netherlands, and Brazil (as well as France), and if he is with you, he has a plan you know nothing about. He also seeks out American men who live in Colombia (and whose US dollar takes him further). He is determined to raise monies to create a bar in Medellin, and always has a back up plan if his current plan does not work out, utilizing web apps such as Grindr to lure new men into his (and his friends) scheme. Be warned. Diego has a trick and plan for everything he does.
