 We arranged to purchase a CAT C9 Engine Assembly (remanufactured) with a 2 yr/6500 hr/100,000 mile parts warranty in September 2012.  As we had previously purchased an engine from this Company with no issues, we were comfortable dealing with them again.

We received an invoice for $10,000 and sent them a Cashiers Check in payment at their request.  Two weeks later we were told that the engine was no longer available, and they did not have another one they could provide to us.  We were told they would refund our money.

A month went by and we had still not received a refund.  A call was made to their Calgary Office and John answered and stated we were "in the system" to receive a refund with their next check run which would be later in the week and we should receive within the next two weeks. 

Another month went by with still no refund received, they were called multiple times after this by several people within our organization, and they acknowledge we should receive a refund but they refuse to pay.

I would not recommend anyone in the US do business with this Company, they do not follow through on any of their promises or committments.
