Complaint Review: Diesel Spice

I have ordered from this site 2 times before with no problem however my last order is a mess. There is very little tracking information and what is there says it is going to a different city than mine even though the address was correct in the order confirmation.

I have sent 3 emails asking for them to look into this and let me know something and I get no response. They charged me for over $107 and nothing. I will have to get my bank involved to try to recoup my money. They could have had a repeat customer but their greed has gotten in the way.

Think twice before ordering. This is not their only complaint on this site.
