I placed the order which was advertised on what I felt was a reputable Health Information website on 8/ 13 at 12:43 a.m. It was advertised as a FREE Trial only pay for shipping, I filled out the form, but just after I pressed the submit, it than explained "Your credit card provided today will be charged $99.97 (plus s&h) and in approximately 32 and 64 days respectively youll be charged the balance of $199.94 with even payment of $99.97 and you will not incur any further charges. By completing the full payment of our Kit you may be eligible to receive a rebate up to $99.97. See below for Rebate Program Eligibility. Should you wish to cancel anytime, simply contact our Customer Service Department." I immediately wanted to cancel, but had to wait till the office opened, but I was not able to call till 12:42 p.m. on 8/13. Called 1-800-320-2983 spoke with representative. I had a hard time understanding her asked her to speak slower and clearer English. Explained I wanted to cancel the order. She said I had to go through the rebate process. I explained to her that the Terms & Conditions state an order can be canceled Should you wish to cancel anytime, simply contact our Customer Service Department. She told me I would have to fill out the rebate form. I asked to speak to a supervisor; she said they were all assisting other customers. I was given the http://www.rebateclaimcenter.com/ to access my rebate. I tried the website and it shuts down the internet browser. I explained this to the lady and asked to speak to a supervisor again. She proceeded to tell me she could not help me; hoped I was satisfied with the service and hung up on me.

1:03 p.m. on 8/13 called 1-800-320-2983 again. Spoke with a representative. Explained the previous experience, asked if I could speak to a supervisor and/or someone who spoke clear English. She spoke clearer and slower; explained to me that if I canceled my order today I would not be eligible for the rebateI did not understand why they could not just cancel the transaction, asked to speak to a supervisor. Finally a supervisor comes to the phone, I said Hello, and she said hello, hello, are you still there she did this two maybe three times and hung up. What I realized just after I hung up was they had already charged my bank account for the 99.97 plus the shipping and handling and an International Transaction Fee. I called my bank and thought I settled the issue by disputing the claim. I later noticed more transactions they submitted by using their AKA's and resubmitting for new charges...it seems their trick is in taking in fairly small amounts (39.95, 9.97, 1.49. 0.29) in hopes you will not catch them.

I have canceled the card used for the transaction, I hope it helps stop the transactions from my account.
