Complaint Review: Diet supplements

My father has rheumatoid arthritis and I heard CBD oil can help with pain. I saw cbdoffersonline.com and ordered one free bottle (plus shipping and handling) and had it shipped to my father's office in his name. 

I saw NO WHERE that this would become an auto ship product and that it would cost $67! My father received subsequent shipments and didn't mention it to me because he really is unaware of the situation. Luckily, I saw the last shipment come in.

The invoice inside does not show a net cost of the item -- it only puts 0.00 on the invoice. That's because they have charged the credit card kept on file!!! Mine! So, you never know how much the following bottles are going to be unless you are eagled-eyed on your credit card statements every month (which I now will be because no one can be trusted).

I am a single mother and this deceptive practice has set me back immensely. I never would have ordered if it was clear that auto ship would begin! I already know about that malicious tactic. My dad, who is suffering from old age and memory loss, cannot tell me how many shipments he got, but they are not unopened, so I cannot get a refund.

I called the company and, of course, spoke with a non-native English speaker, who was hard to understand. He assured me that I would get my last $67 back, less shipping and handling and $5 restocking fee.

I don't know if they will delete my credit card number. I hate that I used my debit card! I am so sad that I can no longer trust ANYONE on the web again. Companies like this are ruining commerce in the United States.
