I received an order from "Diet Supplements", but it was not the type of product I recalled ordering.  Also, there were more bottles of the product than I recall ordering.

I called Customer Service at "Diet Supplements" - the connection is terrible, and you cannot understand what the representative is saying.  When the representative finally understood that I wanted to return my order for a refund, he immediately offered me a 10% discount on the cost of the order, rather than tell me how to return the order.  I told him that I wanted a refund, not a discount, and then he told me that the policy was that I would be charged $5.99 for every bottle of product which was returned unopened.  He said that this was a "re-stocking" charge.  This means that I would be charged $35.94 just to get my refund.  I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he said that all of his superiors were "at a meeting".  I asked him to explain why the company needed $5.99 just to put a bottle back on a shelf, and he had no answer to this question.

I finally asked for the address to which I would send the product for refund, and he gave me an address, but he would not give me a company name.  He wanted me to just put an address on the mailing label, without the name of a company.  Actually, the first time I saw any kind of name of a company was on the envelope in which the product came - "Diet Supplements".  There was no name of a company on the receipt, nor was there a total for the purchase of the product - just zeroes.  I told the representative that I could not send the package out with a mailing label that had no company name, and he said that they worked with "so many different companies" that he could not give me the name of one company.

I am wondering whether I will get my refund for this product should I return it.  Alll odds seem against it.  I would appreciate any advise about this situation.
