As with others I received a "cleanse " after ordering another diet product. Tried to contact customer service from invoice the phone was busy literally 24/7. Finally after 2 more shipments and 100 $ later I found a different customer service number that was answered by someone. They did agree to refund my money if I return product. If they do truly so give me a refund is yet to be seen. But the customer service number that was answered is 866-301-4423. Hope this helps someone else reach these rip off people.
