Complaint Review: Diet Supplements SEC

Same as other victim. Purchased a sample of a diet supplement online for $4.99. No commitments to future plans involved in the order process. Package arrived with only a basic packing slip. I purposely looking for mention of obligations, requirement, etc. Never opened the item. Checked back statement and there was a charge for $94.00.  Upon calling the 800# was told that I agree to the membership, unless I contacted them by July 2 - of course I disputed this. I have contacte my bank and am sending the package back for a refund (I hope).
