diet zx charged 55.00 for product in october 2001 never delivered.
i ordered diet zx from the tv and on october 19, 2001 they deducted 55.00 from my account. i never received the product. i contacted them in december and they said it was being shipped. i emailed them twice to cancel and requested refund. still no response. i finally spoke to a live person and he said they would process refund still nothing. i try the 800 number on numerous occassions and still nothing.
