Diet ZX....Nothing but a Rip-Off!!!!
It's been nearly two months since I saw their TV ad for "try Diet ZX today, FREE!!" I made the order, but it was far from being free. They charged me $55.60 for "shipping & handling fees."
I just got my credit card bill a couple weeks ago with tthat charge on there, which you think would be normal, BUT I never received the pills!!! Two months...and I haven't gotten the pills, yet they charged me for them!!!
I would have thought that since I was paying for the shipping that I would have received them by now. I've tried getting through to their customer service lines, and I can't get through.
Honestly, I don't think they ever intended to send me my pills and I don't think they even have ANY operators working on their "customer service" line. They are a major RIP-OFF!!! Even if they would've sent me the pills, I'm beginning to think that they wouldn't have worked anyways. That's called false advertising and they should be sued for it!!!

i have had the same problums with this company, but they say that they have sent the merchandise, last week. the best # to call is 1 800 457 0825. this is direct to cust service, you might have to wait 4-5 mins, but wait!!!!! they will answer. dont use any other #, they just run you around or wont answer
