I purchased this product in Sept 2001. I was told $7.95 for shipping and was charged $147. I have never received the product and have contacted the company TOO many times to count, and have never received any refund at all. I have contacted 800-457-0825 and talked to Claudia (who is not friendly at all) and she claims it was sent , but we've never received it. I also ordered (before knowing it was connected with this company) an ab energizer and guess what it has never been received either. It was ordered and charged to the card in February 2002. So for future purchases DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Over $200 charged for products never received.
