Complaint Review: Diet ZX

Diet ZX ripoff false promises still waiting for refund and product as of 1/27/02 Van Nuys California

This is my second order with the company and I'm having many problems. I placed my order on 1/27/02. I found out a week later that I was doubled charged and ever since then been having a problem recieveing both my order and refund. I have been told several times it would take 7 to 10 days and 3 to 6 weeks for a refund.

I have called Maria Rodrigues 818/955-1655 and the # has been disconnected. I have been talking w/ Rod supervisor in Customer Service. He gave me a fax # to him 818/902-4167. I have been faxing him everyday since 5/6/02. As far as I know he has recieved them because he actually called me and I was out of town at the time. MY husband told me this and it was left on my answering machine. Rod also gave me a fax # to billing 323/269-9145. I have also been faxing them everyday.

I have also been talking w/ Jose Aruegllo. He is also a supervisor in Customer Service. Both Rod and Jose work in Van Nuys, Cali.

I also called this # 714/966-1655. I believe it's the # to them directly and it too has been diconnected.
I called their order # and they told me that they no longer handle their product. This was on 5/15/02. Their I think new e-mail address is customerservice@abenergizer.com.
