Diet ZX ripoff. I called and called and called. I haven't got it yet, since October 2001 Van Nyes California
I have been calling & calling & calling. They always say you will get it in 4 - 6 weeks. Each time I call it takes 2 1/2 hours of ringing to finally get answered, then the person there will tell me, "you are on the list, you should get it in 4-6 weeks." I started calling in October 2001 and I still do not have what I ordered. It is really pathedic don't you think? now I can't even get through.
But the bigest reason that I am so mad is ... Whe4n I first ordered it I called them right back ten minuts later and I canceled it, I told them that I had changed my mind and that I didn't want it. This all happened on a MONDAY two days later I called my bank and they said that the Diet ZX people had taken the money out of my account anyway.
00The bank said that they did not stop them because I did not go down there and spend another $10.00 to put a stop payment on it. So eversince I have been calling to get either my money or the product just give me one or the other and I would be happy. I STILL DON'T HAVE EITHER ONE. THEY HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR 9 MONTHS, THEY SAY IT TAKES 4-6 WEEKS FOR A DELIVERY, WHY DON'T I HAVE MY STUFF IN 36 MONTHS??
I know that mail is slow but this is too redickulus to even blame on the Postal Service.
