diet zx tv ad false ripoff advertising, took my money in aug, no product yet in jan.
i saw the tv ad for diet zx in aug and placed an order, i was told it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. my credit card was billed in aug for the amount due, and as of today jan 3rd 2002 i have not received any product. I have tried to call many times but of course you can never get through, in fact when you press the prompt for diet zx it is always busy. i left an email at least 3 times with one response, telling me to call the 800 #. I did check the status of the order on line and it showed it had processed in Aug but never shipped. I sent another email this wek asking for the product or my money back.I was checking on line today to see if there was an update to the status and found that this is indeed false advertising and a rip off.
