Complaint Review: Digby Investments Ltd

Recently I became a 'victim' of a very slick SCAM on FB.. so I'm sending this message out in the hopes it'll go viral to save others the absolute BS it takes to resolve this. They use other company names, right now it's Costco and Shark Tank and free samples, THIS is what they do;

This is a COMPLETE SCAM, it's called a continuity scam. They do NOT disclose clearly and openly that once you provide your Visa number to pay for the FREE trial sample shipping, the clock begins ticking, the second you gave them your card number, even if you don't get the product in a timely fashion, you have 14 days to contact them and cancel your order and GOOD LUCK doing that, as they CHANGE their contact numbers, and email addresses REPEATEDLY. You have to FIGHT them, you have to get your credit card provider to start a fraud claim against them. You have to ask for an RMA # to submit the returned product with.

Even then, it'll sit in a box where THOUSANDS of other returns sit at the North York PO Box address. They have NEVER been on Shark Tank, nor is Costco giving free samples away. After 5 months of HOUNDING, SCREAMING, and looking for every opportunity I can on Facebook to WARN people about this (new label, same crap product, same criminal company) They also go by#FaceReplen, #ImageRevive and #Hydroderm, #Nuvella, #Renuvica, Now#Chantel #Allskin... 1 SECOND after midnight on the ending of the 14 day trial, your credit card will be billed FULL price. Please WARN ALL your friends, and share this post on any other SCAM ads they are posting!! REPORT this page to Facebook Security, and every time you see them, report them. ALSO, SEND A MESSAGE TO THE POSTERS OF THIS SCAM AND TELL THEM TO STOP THE SCAM.
