Complaint Review: digidev tv joseph q bretz

i was with this company since the beginning, i saw how joe day trade on this bull**** company

he owed everyone money, few employees leave the jobs cause joe never pay them

everyday in the evening, i hear Darius and martee make a phone call to potential investors, telling lie story and try hard to get their hard earn money

i go to office few days a week, and always see people come ask joe for money

my only warning for joe is, 'get away from him' he deserve not to exist in this world

I have known Joe for several years and he has scammed me out of over $500,000. Three years ago I won a lawsuit against him for that money but there has been noo response. He did tell me that he would give me shares in his company before he said he was going to declare bankruptcy. I mortgaged my house for him to the tune of $175,000 and never received a dime. His partner in crime is Richard Verdoni to whom I loaned $125.000, as well. 

They are as crooked as they come and should never be trusted.

I was just threatened by Mr Bretz accusing me of slander when everything I've said in this letter is true I was brought in to keep an eye on what was going on inside of this company by Mr Darius McCrary to make sure that nothing fishy was going on yet something fishy was going on right away when I went ened or t now mr bretz is trying to take away my freedom of speech when you stole money from me you need to make things right by paying me and all those other  innocent  American celebrities that you stole money from and then bounced checks on an attempt to return

please do not contact me anymore anyone from this company 4 I will not give away my freedom of speech as an American Veterans if you look at digidevs finacial report u will see they r overdrafting checks everywhere and the ceo is dumping his shares..  i have a'll ready contacted the feds and the sec and feel that my inside  testimony will serve as justice for all.  Mr Mccrary was right to have me monitor this situation which is why i reported to him regularly

 following is a story of a company in Hollywood that is taking advantage of a-list celebrities, innocent hard working Americans and the American financial system. with an OTT application Called Digidev Tv that they claim "will change the face of entertainment".which was supposed to be released on Aug 15th and is nowhere near being completed. 

       I have been cleared to say that Mr. Darius Mccrary was the one who brought me inside to Digidev as he was promised to be a productions partner and power player for the application.  Darius knowing I was revamping my entertainment career made the suggestion to me in.early May 2013.  After personally meeting with my long time mentor and friend it was determined I would stick around and stay inside digidev to insure that all was in order and would eventually report my discoveries to him for the entire period.

     The weekend that I came out under guidance from Darius I met with Joseph Q Bretz, Fathers Day 2013. In the weeks leading up to my personal meeting with Joe every time I called him he was always in "the Hills" on his way to a certain power celebrities "house" or he was always "chilling" with this certain celebrity. I would quickly learn this was a complete lie.

         The lies were a flow daily from the mouth of Mr Bretz and the stories which I believe had slanderous comments I will keep to myself until my testimony.  Snce I was financially sound at the time and was promised content and "partner in production" if a certain amount of investment came in.My excitement that my dreams were upon me I packed brought cash flew out from Az. on June 15th 2013.

I was told I would have a driver and a hotel when I arrived that was a lie.

Walking into digidev everything seemed as if we had all hoped and with the promises that my expenditures would.be paid I gave the man a chance and gave him $5000 in cash and received a $2700 check that would eventually bounce from Wells Fargo. I held the check for a few weeks as my finances were in the high positive at this point.

       (The check along with other personal items have since disappeared such as my license and social security card, a phone and my book of my daily notes and music I'd been writing for years). I was also told it was a 30 day loan that "would be doubled in stock" and "you'll get your money in three weeks to a month" and I would receive "7% cash and 7% stock on any other investment I brought in". I only fortunately brought one other investor which I never saw my finders fee (note in the Bob Rubin v J schneider and r schneider, Bretz name appears repeatedly in the court filed complaint with the same issues "finders fees"- . Joe stated the extra 200 on the  check was "for coming in person." 

     To this day have not received my securities while other investors waited 6 month's before receiving theirs and find out they have signed  to an agreement that they would buy over 50,000 shares over the.next three years what? . 

      As everything started to come across as lies I realized that I needed to pay more and more attention to what was going on inside 6630 W Sunset. I contacted Sinra I contacted Department of Corporations I could find no other proof that Digidev or the Digital Development Group of Nevada was able to sell stocks/securities on the exchange in the state of California but am still a little lost on how that works. The group itself is also know as shady look at gotstocked.com  article 32266 

       About a month ago I started to ask for my money back as well did two very powerful names in the industry who are owed an excess amount of money while they are being defaced and slandered under what investors are being told by Joe Bretz, who was borrowing money taking investments for Digidev by lying about his association with these stars.  I have received 900 and a hand written.receipt admitting they owed me.

        At this point in the investment for me has been nothing but a problem as it is cost me twenty thousand dollars in other areas of my business as part of what Joe had told me I would be setting up shows in my hometown of San Diego as well as in Phoenix Arizona, that would go on to the application. When I didn't produce, my Az reputation was instantly ruined. The two power celebs that were slandered were to have massive content on Digidev along with their deal, as well another celebrity actually was filming inside the studio inside Digidev week in and week out.

        Joe Bretz spent three months while I was in his presence lying and slandering great men with celebrity power here in Hollywood and in the world and I could not stand any longer the bad and negative things being said and done.

       The most important part about all this the head of the operations Martin Greenwald sat by in the next office and allowed these lies and this money to be invested and borrowed and did nothing but repeat "we are a publicly traded corporation."

       I also have some personal info from the inside that other investors were promised telephone calls from the undisclosed celebrity or that their stock certificates would.be signed by said star should they invest money into Digidev or if enough money was invested that they would be taken out to a dinner with said celeb. For instance I was told if I brought $150,000 I would be "whisked off" as well to dinner with this person. He said if "you get me that payment      I will get you a" half million dollar note" the next day and "my life would be changed forever". Many other investors came out to LA under the assumption that they would be paid for the airlines and their hotels to wind up struggling to leave broke. Or upcoming stars were promised they would have content in the "company that would shut Netflix down". Lies, that a leak to Google and Facebook caused interest in Digidev content and both were battling to buy it as high as "75 million dollars" were told to investors to lure them in. 

I watched many employees work hard even the maintenance man built a sign from scratch hung it and wound up coming back irate because the $1500 job went unpaid. Even the privately contracted programmer to this day who is owed $70,000 has halted the project. 

Joe recently tried to go around and make me look like the bad guy by threatening to file a restraining order when in my presence two or three times he mentioned and showed me guns. Recently I posted a version.this letter on RipOff report.com he tested me four days later threatening slander libel and a temporary restraining letter.  After amending the letter with permission from Mr. Mccrary to release the.fact that he brought me in, Joe immediately texted me back withdrawing the threat.  After a day of threatening legal lawsuit text from Joe he shot himself in the foot by stating "if you take the report down.today I will make sure you get the remaining balance by Friday."  Guns were shown to me on my first day and mentioned mote than once in my presence.   The most recent was last week, the Friday of Labor Day weekend when he showed up to give me $600 of the $2500 he promised to pay me that day by saying "I have a gun on me" in an attempt to scare me I have witnesses.

Many innocent Americans around the country and celebrities are being taken for a ride by Joseph Q Bretz we need to do something to stop this as I know that public exposure of his enterprise Digidev would wake him up to pay back the multitude of thousands he owes investors around the country. Some of these investors put their last remaining dollars in hopes of the entertainment dream or the dream to meet these celebs he slanders or the dreams of being rich. Joe has borrowed so much money and taken so many investments that we are not even sure are legal at this point that this needs to be stopped it needs to become a public fact so that people do not invest their hardworking money into Digidev. 

The legal actions are being investigated federally and being prepared for what I hope turns into a class action lawsuit against the crimes.  If you Google lawsuits against Joe Q Bretz a few will arise over the Years with the same issues.  One case in particular is the Bob Rubin v J schneider and R Schneider the complaint filed in the court is the exact mirror of what WE are  dealing with now.  i Have attached it here notice how.much Bretz involvement shows throughout.

     We are asking the investigative reporters of your news station to look into this matter immediately and please contact me so that we may stop the wrongs being done by Digidev in America this is not how we do business and this young man needs to be brought to justice for his defamation and slander of great men, as well as telling lies to hard working Americans to get their money out of them so that he can do whatever it is he's doing with the money. He owes everybody including his own employees.

As an inside witness and monitor to this entire situation since the month of June I have not mentioned everything as I am concerned with my well being and my family who has also been harassed and I am nearly about to lose my business and am practically in the streets dreading the day I walked into Digidev Tv and met Joseph Q Bretz.  THEY CAN NOT EVEN REMEMBER WHAT THEY SAID TO COVER THEIR OWN LIES

I left a good life that had my beloved godkids in my life every day, my family has lost two children in my lifetime which is why I took a chance at revamping my career for them, out of pure love, and strong belief I can change things in their world before they are old enough to see the corruption and greed and evils of this world. I can not fail them, and we need your help thanks sincerely.
